Bahía de los Ángeles

The bay known as Bahía de los Ángeles is about four kilometers long and can be found in the center-north of the Gulf of California's eastern coast. On the east coast of the Baja California Peninsula, it is within the Bahia de Los Angeles, Ballenas Channels, and Salsipuedes Marine Reserve. This region is known as the Upper Gulf of California.

The Bahía de los Ángeles is an example of a coastal and marine system that is distinguished by its excellent conservation status, landscape value, and high biological productivity.On land, the bay is surrounded by impressive mountains and a vast sea of deep blue waters.
